Counter Person

YOU MUST HAVE A VERY HIGH ENERGY LEVEL
You will be selling all varieties of seafood and various dinners. You must be able to up-sell and multitask. This is a fast paced environment and you’re expected to keep up with the crew.
Responsibilities
- Sell seafood according to store protocol
- Answer and take phone orders
- Online orders
- Take walk-in orders from customers
- Maintain clean surroundings
- Stock up your station
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements
- Friendly and great attitude
- Open availability on Fridays
- Cash register experience in food/restaurant environment
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Cook
Bailey Seafood is looking for a full time line cook who can cook seafood and various other dishes to our specifications. You’ll be cooking in front of customers so a clean and kept appearance is a must. Experience is also a must!
Responsibilities
- Cook many orders at once and plate food neatly
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for customers
- Clean up
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements
- Must be quick, fast and able to multi-task.
- Must be able to work all day every Friday
- Must be OK with cleaning cooking equipment and station daily
- Proven cooking experience
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Must be motivated and high energy
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
Backroom / Stock person
If you like a fast paced environment, please submit resume. This just will require a lot of responsibilities and about a month of training. Serious inquires only.

- Inventory and ordering
- Clean various sections of the store
- Bread/batter fish, make salads and keep kitchen areas stocked
- Clean equipment
- Keep food cases full
- Arrange/rotate various seafood in walk-in freezers/coolers
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lb boxes
- Must be OK working in a freezer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to come to work on time
